What is a mobile notary?

A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents. Instead of you going to an office, we come to your home, office, hospital, or any convenient location throughout the Bay Area.

What is an apostille?

An apostille is a certificate that authenticates a document for use in countries that are members of the Hague Convention. We can notarize documents and guide you through the apostille process with the California Secretary of State.

Pricing

How much does mobile notary service cost?

Our fees include the notary fee (set by California law at $15 per signature) plus a travel fee based on your location. We provide upfront pricing when you call. There are no hidden fees.

Requirements

What documents do I need to bring?

You need a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID). The document(s) to be notarized should be unsigned until the notary is present. If you're unsure about your specific situation, call us and we'll guide you.

Scheduling

How quickly can a notary come to my location?

We offer same-day service throughout the Bay Area. Depending on your location and our current schedule, we can often arrive within 1-2 hours for urgent requests. For planned appointments, we recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

Are you available on weekends and evenings?

Yes! We offer extended hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate your schedule. Our typical hours are 7 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 8 PM on weekends.
